This policy explains what, how, and why we use the information we collect when you use Aweform.

1. Definitions

When we say "Aweform”, “we” or “us” we are referring to Aweform, Stockholm, Sweden. When we say “you” or “User,” we are referring to the person or entity that has registered with us to use the Services. When we say “Contact” we are referring to a contact entry added either by you directly or as the result of a reshare from one of your existing contacts, where a contact is a combination of an email address, a name, and potentially other details. We provide online platforms that you may use to create and share pages (the “Services”). We offer the Services on our website https://aweform.com. In the course of providing the Services, we may collect Personal Information, which means information about a User or a User’s contacts.

2. Changes

Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website and/or sent via email to the last email address you provided us with. Any changes will be effective as of the date we post on the Website or send the email (or whichever date is later). You may object to any changes within 14 days after they are posted on our Website or delivered to you, in which case none of the proposed changes will be effective with respect to information that we have previously collected from you, but will apply to any information we collect in the future. Content uploaded to Aweform will not be be made available to any other party than explicitly requested by you or a contact you have previously shared a page with, unless required in order for us to supply you with our services, or required by law.

9. Your Contacts

We do not under any circumstances, sell your contacts, contact your contacts or share your contacts with any other party, unless required by law. If one of your contacts contact us regarding potential abuse, we may then contact that person.

10. Notice of Breach of Security

Nobody is safe from hackers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or your contacts we will notify you as soon as possible and later report the actions we took in response.

11. Safeguarding Your Information

To protect your information our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. Our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, like the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC). Aweform accounts require a username and password to login. You must keep your password secure and never disclose it to a third party. Because the information in your account may be sensitive account passwords are hashed (a form of encryption), which means we can not see your passwords. It is not possible for us to send you your password, but we can send you a temporary login link to your email address upon request via the Services.
