MCP (Model Context Protocol) allows AI assistants to connect to other tools and services. With the Aweform MCP your assistant can see the Forms you have access to, read their Questions and Responses, and summarize the results. Your assistant can only read data. It cannot create, change or delete Forms or Responses.
Your assistant can help you with things such as:
You can filter by a specific answer option or text answer, find answers containing a phrase, check whether a Question was answered, or use a range for Number and Rating Questions, ex: 1-3. If you combine filters, each Response must match all of them. Your assistant can also get new Responses received after a Response it has already read.
The Aweform MCP is free to use on all plans. Your existing plan limits still apply. To connect, you need an Aweform account and an AI assistant that supports remote MCP connections. Your assistant has access to the same Forms and Workspaces as your Aweform account.
https://aweform.com/MCP/ as the server URL.Make sure you are logged in to Aweform in your browser before starting the connection. When Claude opens the Aweform authorization page, click Grant Access to complete the connection.
If your assistant supports an MCP Authorization key, open the Account screen in Aweform and find the MCP section. Click Copy to Clipboard and paste the complete key into your assistant's authorization settings. This is your MCP Authorization key, which is separate from your API key.
Keep your Authorization key private. It allows access to your Forms and Responses, so only connect AI services you want to share that information with.
Here are some examples of what you can ask your assistant:
On the Free plan, your assistant can read and summarize the latest 100 Responses for each Form.
When you ask for a summary using counts, percentages or averages, your assistant can get results for all accessible Responses matching your filters at once. These results do not include text answers. To analyze written feedback, ask your assistant to read the individual Responses.
Your assistant reads individual Responses in pages of up to 100, with the most recent first. It also gets the total number of Responses matching your filters. If you want to analyze all written feedback, ask your assistant to read all pages before summarizing the results.
When filtering by date, tell your assistant which period and time zone to use. The start date is included and the end date is excluded. If no time zone is given, dates are interpreted as UTC.
Copy the complete key from the MCP section of your Account screen and check that you have used it in your assistant's authorization settings. Use the MCP Authorization key rather than your API key.
Log in to Aweform in your browser, then try connecting again from your assistant.
Check that the Form is available to the Aweform account you connected. Your assistant can only access Forms in Workspaces that account belongs to.
